We want to give you a base from which to manage all the details leading up to and on your special day.

1. Pre-event meetings with the client 5 weeks before the event.
2. Unlimited consultations and assistance via Call, SMS & Email upon signing the contract until the day of turnover.
3. Review the Contract of booked suppliers
4. Coordination of booked suppliers (Schedule Meetings, Deliverables, etc.)
5. Ensure the final details of the event (Church Set-up, Venue Set-up, AVPs,)
6. Orientation of specific roles of the Participants
7. Guest management and Registration, floor plan, and seating arrangement
8. Suggest an outline with the exact time of the Reception program
9. Program conceptualization, if necessary
10. Provide CHECKLIST for the Client deliverables for coordinators from Bridal suit to Church up to Reception
11. Overall management based on AEM Event TimeTable
12. Safekeeping of Wedding Essentials or Accessories, Souvenirs for guests, and Souvenirs for Principal Sponsors
13. Provision of Bride's Manager or Celebrant manager to assist her in her needs on the day of the event.
14. Arrangement of Suppliers' call time and Deliverables
15. Preparation of Church Processional
16. Coordinate with the Church for seating arrangements of principal sponsors and entourage and missalette.
17. Crew Meal management for Suppliers based on their requirements
18. Supervision of Venue Set-up, Church, and Reception
19. Gift management of necessary
20. Proper endorsement and turnover checklist at the of the program
21. Payment management for suppliers
